BANANA AND BERRY DELIGHT

PureCol Immune Booster can be shaken with lukewarm water, eaten with yogurt or added to your favourite smoothie recipe. Below are one of our favourite PureCol smoothies!

A naturally sweet smoothie that is gluten free. Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup sliced banana 
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop PureCol Immune Booster

Add all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
