INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup sliced banana 
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
